More about the carpet tiles
The rhythms are based on animal names such as mon-key, e-le-phant, ar-ma-dil-lo etc. Each tile has an animal picture and the animal name written with letters and rhythm language. The aim with the tiles is, through movement, to have the children play with language, pronunciation, rhythm, coordination, body awareness, teamwork, timing and left/right. At the same time, they learn about the written language of rhythms and, thereby, music.
There are instructions included but only the fantasy can set limits to activities. The tiles are developed and produced in Denmark. The front is printed with water-based colors on a 100% polyester pile. After printing, the tiles get a heat treatment so that the colors are fixed in the fibers. The reverse side is made of natural rubber and is without phthalates.
